A free after school choir for students in grades 4-12 across the Antelope Valley.
DYV gives students a place to build confidence, find their voice, and belong to something bigger than themselves. Singers learn from professional teaching artists, make friends, and get to perform on stages for their community.
Weekly rehearsals happen right at your student's school. No experience needed, and it's always free.

Welcome to Desert Youth Voices!
We are beyond excited to introduce Desert Youth Voices as the newest addition to the SNS Choirs family! As many of our singers know and have shared, access to choral music isn't easily accessible for individuals in the Antelope Valley below high school age. This is what inspired us to start Desert Youth Voices. This program’s mission is to get young singers involved in choral music at an earlier age, and we can't wait to see the amazing talent and passion they bring.
Right now, we're proud to be offering our programs at five schools in the Antelope Valley! Desert Youth Voices is dedicated to providing free, engaging, high-quality music education and mentorship to students from all backgrounds in the Antelope Valley
QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK
Does it cost anything?
No. DYV is completely free, including performances and events.
Does my student need choir experience?
Not at all. Beginners are welcome, and so are kids who already love to sing.
What's the difference between the interest form and registration?
The interest form lets us know your student wants to join. Official registration happens once they start attending rehearsals, and we'll send that form to you directly.
Will my student perform?
Yes. DYV singers perform at concerts and community events throughout the year. We'll send details to registered families ahead of each one.
Who do I contact?
Email dyv@snschoirs.org.
